LOS ANGELES (GaeaTimes.com) — “It felt more like a series finale than season finale” — This is what someone has tweeted about last Supernatural episode of Season 5. The Supernatural season finale was an amazing one. Dean and Sam gave heart-wrenching performance that made many viewers cry.

Supernatural is an American horror television series starring Jared Padalecki as Sam Winchester and Jensen Ackles as Dean Winchester. The story depicts two brothers interested in demon and paranormal activities.

The Supernatural series finale of Season 5 was, of course, a success, like the whole series so far was. The end of the Season concluded the current series storyline. It was around saving the world from the Apocalypse and putting an end to Lucifer’s plans.

We won’t tell you how the show ended, because you’ll want to watch the episode if you haven’t already.

What’s very important to know is that the show was renewed for a sixth season. This information has been officially confirmed by the CW network, the producer of the show.

One of the most important things about the sixth season is that it won’t be created by Eric Kripke. He was the creator of the show for the first 5 season, but he won’t be at the helm this time around. Executive producer Sera Gamble will be the one to take over from Season 6. Kripke will remain part of the crew as an executive producer, though.

A few years ago most pundits put the prerelease Iron Man prospects under the heading of risky business.

After all, the Marvel superhero flick was directed by the inexperienced Jon Favreau and featured the wobbly actor-in-recovery Robert Downey Jr.

After its release, great reviews and a global box office of $585 million US changed all that, elevating Iron Man 2 into the rare can't-miss category when the much-anticipated sequel opens May 7 in Canada and the U.S.

That's not to say the principal players were taking things for granted as they gathered at a Beverly Hills hotel to discuss the second picture in a planned trilogy.

Present and accounted for were the vindicated power duo of Favreau and Downey Jr., not to mention Gwyneth Paltrow. Newcomers attending included Mickey Rourke, Scarlett Johansson and Don Cheadle.

"I've never done a sequel before, but for this, there wasn't the same pressure," said the 43-year-old Favreau. "We knew people were coming to the party. We just wanted to make sure it was going to be a good one."

Downey Jr. suggested he had a new set of challenges the second time around.

"It was another coming-of-age story, but in a different way," noted the 45-year-old.

In Iron Man 2, the world's aware that billionaire inventor Tony Stark (Downey Jr.) is the superhero, so the government demands that Stark share his military weapons.

Refusing to reveal his secrets for fear that the technology would fall into the wrong hands, Stark finds himself at odds with the very people he was trying to protect. Only former assistant Pepper Potts (Paltrow), who now runs Stark Industries, and Lt. Col. James (Rhodey) Rhodes (Cheadle, who replaced Terrence Howard) stay loyal.

PARIS - the new film directed by Ridley Scott England, Robin Hood, was chosen to be the opening film Cannes Film Festival in May. The film that tells the birth of the legend of Robin Hood starring Russell Crowe is as Hood, and Cate Blanchett, who plays Maid Marian.

Robin Hood will be premiered on the first day during the 12 day festival, on May 12. In France, the movie will start playing nationally on the same day, while in other places in the world of Robin Hood movie will be premiered two days later.

In the year 2008 was reportedly delayed the movie production. Film studio Universal Pictures says the problem is related to the script and filming locations. Screenplay, initially will feature Sienna Miller as Maid Marian, was amended several times rewrite.

Warner Bros. has confirmed what everyone already knew: Clash of the Titans and Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Part 1 are going to be released in 3D.  They also announced Cats & Dogs: The Revenge of Kitty Galore and Zack Snyder’s Guardians of Ga’Hoole are also going to be released in 3D.

With the worldwide success of Avatar, average moviegoers were exposed to 3D for the first time and they showed a willingness to wear the glasses and also pay a premium for the experience.  Therefore, it’s no surprise the studios are going to convert more of their 2D movies into 3D as it could means tens of millions of dollars in extra revenue.  The only problem with everyone going 3D is the amount of movie screens that are currently available.  As it stands, most movie theaters only have one or two screens that can handle 3D. Until theaters can run more 3D movies at the same time, it’ll be a battle every week for which movie plays in the theater.

Riya Sen when shooting in Guwahati for a show had a real death experience in an accident on the sets of Shaadi No.1.
The team was shooting in France where Riya's scene required some hooligan French bikers to circle around and eve tease her. After the shot, the actress who was dressed in a backless walked over to the monitor to watch her take. At this point, according to Riya, one of the bikers who was acting fresh with her started riding in her direction while performing a stunt. But for a second the man lost control and rammed into the petite actress. Luckily for Riya, her impulse was quick enough and she turned her face away to avoid injuring it. Though, the jolt from the bike was hard enough to render her unconscious and she fell to the ground. She was immediately rushed to a government hospital where she woke up with a throbbing headache and a bruised back.

The funny thing is that Riya recalls that three cute guys who were supposedly hitting on her took her to the hospital. One wonders what happened to the cast and crew of the film who were on the sets when the accident happened.

The bottom line though, is that someone did help and the brain scan Riya had to undergo showed no serious injuries. What was injured however is the camera of one of the men who stood around capturing the incident on video. He lost his grip and his roll made an exit. Later, Riya managed to get hold of a copy of the video. This will ensure that she won't forget the near death incident for at least another few years.

The Actors Secret Weapon

How can I improve my acting skills? Well, there are schools, private acting coaches(pretty costly), books, etc. etc... of course you knew that already. All these are great ways to get better at acting. But you may not have the money for it. This article isn't about explaining to you all these different methods of learning to act. There are other articles for that. I'm just going to tell you one way of learning that seems to be getting more and more popular each day - especially with the younger crowd (teenagers and young adults).

Maybe you've done this already, maybe you haven't. OK, what seems to be catching on rather quickly and what a lot of aspiring actors are doing right now at this very moment as you're reading this, is recording themselves acting; for example, recording themselves performing monologues from movies and plays, or even come up with their own monologues. They read, memorize, act out the monologue on camera, then proceed to upload their videos on a video sharing website.

What's a monologue? "A part of a drama in which a single actor speaks alone"
Where can I find monologues? Just do a simple search on Google - type "monologues from movies" "monologues from plays" "monologues for girls" "monologues for men" etc.
Don't be shy, record yourself, this is a fantastic way to see where you need fixing. And if you're pretty good, you may even get noticed by casting directors and talent agents in the entertainment industry. I'm not guaranteeing it, but it could happen.

What do they use to record themselves acting? it can be their web cam from their laptop, PC or just a small digital camcorder. The picture quality doesn't have to be the best either, just good enough so that you can be seen clearly; and of course make sure your recording device has a microphone, I'm sure you knew that as well.
