PostHeaderIcon Free Movies - A Trap or a Blessing?

Sure the notion of getting things for free is phenomenal one at that! The
feeling you get after walking away with something for free is indescribable to
say the least. However, what about free movies?

Are they the ultimate trap or are they truly this blessing bestowed upon us via
the internet that we can all utilize at our random disposal? There is no
question that a massive amount of free movie websites have emerged and have been
born out of the powerful word free.

This word alone has a enormous amount of searches each month according to
statistics with practically anything following it. From free information to
free gas, we all pounce on this word and take it for granted more than you know!

When we were just little kids, we were probably told on countless occasions that
there are 'no free lunches' in life and that you had to work for all you
received. Practically 99% of this is true aside from the 'freebie giveaways'
at your local grocery store or through the mail.

Although these certainly are the minority, free movies are not in this category
at all! You see, when we watch free movies via some sort of movie portal, we
immediately place our computers at risk.

What do you mean? The web pages and actual movie players are designed to quickly
infect your computer not necessarily with viruses or worms, but with 'adware and
spyware'.

The relationship that media companies online have with free movie peddlers is
nothing short of sickening. The creators of these 'malware utilities' make the
software attach to your hardware within your computer and then surreptitiously
monitor your every visited website so as to generate frivolous pop ups and even
immediately guide you to another page altogether.

All this for the price of a free movie, thanks to the internet. What these
ominous agents ultimately do to our computers is slow them down considerably and
can even corrupt other important data files.

Nevertheless, if you do find that you want to view free movies online, think
twice about what you are about to get into, and weigh that against your ultimate
decision.
